I have used MVP Electric a few times now, and I appreciate how I can always count on good communication from Rhonda in the office, as well as the tech assigned to my projects. Chris did a great job and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend MVP Electric!nnUPDATE: MVP was back today for more electrical work, including mounting a TV to the wall (plaster walls) and installing three separate light fixtures throughout the house. One fixture didn’t have all the correct pieces and so would not go together correctly. Chris was patient and tried to make it work, but it just wouldn’t, so he installed a backup fixture instead so I could get by. Always professional and on time and a pleasure to have working in my home. Thanks, MVP!

There are only a few companies that I would say has perfect customer service and MVP is one of them. Their technicians are always on time, knowledgeable, and friendly, and today’s service was no different except that Tyler spent a few minutes after the heating maintenance service was completed talking to me and told me things about himself, and even showed me pictures of the car he’s remodeling. It was nice in today’s environment to have a live person to talk to and I very much appreciated his taking the time to listen to an old lady talk about the good old days. Today was exceptional because I enjoyed talking with Tyler, but I can also say that I have never had a bad experience in all the years I have been a customer of MVP.

Great service, knowledgable, and professional. I recently had them install a new AC unit, furnace, and water heater. Antonio came out and assessed what I needed. He was professional and explained everything so that I could make the best choices. Ethan and Aaron came out and did the install and they did a great job. They took the time to explain everything that they were doing and I was very pleased with my new systems when they were done. I also want to mention that Rhonda in the business office was extremely helpful and very courteous and professional. If you want superior service I highly recommend MVP for your heating, AC, electric, and plumbing needs!

I got home from an out of town trip and my heater was not kicking on. It was snowing and the temperature in my house was dropping. I called the main office and they scheduled a technician to arrive at my residence two hours later. I received a call and text message when the technician was on his way. He arrived, as he was working he talked me through the whole process. He was very respectful of my daughter and me. Great value. Great communication. I will definitely recommend to anyone that asks.

We had a truly fantastic experience with MVP. Starting with the quoting process, Tyler was thoughtful, professional and a responsive communicator. We'd been working on getting quotes from several other companies in town, and working with Tyler was by far the best experience we had. After we'd agreed on a plan for our home, they were able to schedule our install within a couple days, and Rhonda made financing a breeze.nnOur whole install crew (Ethan, Tim, Charles and Tyrone) were incredibly courteous, thorough and detail-oriented. We had so many questions (first time with a ductless system!) and they patiently and expertly addressed all of them, educating us along the way. We installed a whole-home system which took 2.5 days, and each evening they left our house clean and without a trace.nnWe love the finished product. It's efficient and whisper quiet. The team genuinely respected that I cared about the aesthetic aspect of the install, and they went above and beyond to minimize the exterior line sets. The project was definitely an investment, but one that will help us breathe a little easier, literally.nnThank you so much to the whole crew! I will happily recommend your services to anyone in the KC area.
