These people have no control over their / your charges. I personally have been charged up to 5 additional days I never stayed. Not a good alternative for the small business owner.

I liked these guys at first here and there they had some great deals. That however is erratic and mostly at lower end hotels which i don't care for. I had major billing inconsistencies, sometimes they didnt even charge me at all (which I didn't complain about). However trying to keep an accurate expense report is impossible with these guys. My last go around was changing a credit card on my account and deleting another one. 3 weeks later they billing the card I deleted which was a major pain the the corporate but if you can relate. They couldn't re-bill the correct card and I complained loudly. Their response to that was suspending my account (im not sure why). Anyways that ended my business with them. Why do business with someone when they cant get the billing right. if your a overnight trucking company this might work pretty well for you if your an owner operator and staying at road side motels (dont expect to get prompt billing sometimes it takes multiple weeks). If your a corporate traveler like I am dont bother. For the $10 savings and a pain in the but it was never worth it. It also makes for double the work and Ive noticed that some times CLC has over 50% markup on what they pay vs what they are charging me. I wouldn't recommend and none of my staff will be using CLC again
