Jamie and the rest of the staff are fantastic. Any time I need cold weather gear, I will go to Sitzmark. I have freakishly wide feet and skiing in rental boots has always been agonizing. We are taking our first family ski trip in a few weeks and I decided I would finally see if I could buy boots that fit.nnThe second I walked in the door, Jamie asked me how he could help. I told him what I was looking for and he knew exactly where to start. He and the other staff literally worked with me for more than two hours over two day time to shape my new boots to make sure they fit right.nnSitzmark knows what it's doing and its customer service is A+! This place is special. Great selection and incredible customer service. A real gem!

I got 2 lift tickets to Breck from them a week before we left. They were $30/day cheaper than Breck's website. Emailed me my reservation number, which I took to the lift and easily got my tickets. Booked over the phone and the staff was friendly. Highly recommend Sitzmark.
