Had a very nice ud83dudc4c experience with Public Storage. It was easy to apply for a storage locker online. Their website provided locations, locker sizes and prices. The prices were very competitive with other storage sites. Was able to find what I needed and was satisfied with the site. Would gladly ud83dude0f recommend to anyone looking for storage space.
Have had nothing but a great experience at this Public Storage. I contacted several locations before choosing this one and am happy with my decision. The staff went above and beyond to take care of my requests. They are always friendly and personable. The location is safe and well kept! Highly recommend!
After paying a my bill on time and going to get things from my rented unit I was denied access through the gate. I spoke with the worker who pulled my name up on her screen. Fortunately, I had my paid receipt with me. She discovered that my name had been my name had been misspelled.Although she was apologetic and respectful on another visit on my daughters behalf who also had rented a unit I experienced some of the WORST most DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE in resent years! This after suggesting that the spelling of her name be double checked. I was asked to leave and when I asked for the number of the district manager he pointed and said “it over there.” This guy seemed to be indifferent to my kind.
Becky and Nathan were OUTSTANDING. We were in a pinch and they helped us find the right size space quickly and juts all around very helpful and accommodating
Nathan helped us and gave us awesome service. The facility was clean and feels secure. Very happy I went with these guys.
