I had a good experience booking a storage unit for my vintage automobile. Kate at the front desk, was very pleasant and helped quite a bit finding me the perfect spot!
Tyler was incredibly professional & helpful. We’ve looked at several places to store our things & every single place had its cons, except Public Storage. Tyler made sure we found exactly what we needed & was very polite. Would highly recommend this location.
I had my stuff here for a year while I was living in Arizona. Every staff member I communicated with was very helpful and friendly. All my stuff was just as I left it, no damage of any kind.
My overall experience was horrible . From the miscommunication TO getting into my storage unit . Just so many problems . They tried hard to fix they issue and to let me know they were there if they were needed . I spent 15 days in there and couldn’t wait to close my account .
I have been working with Denell the property manager she has been very helpful and has answered all of my questions . She is very friendly and has a great personality. I would always suggest this place to my friends and family .Thank you again Denell for your kindness.
