Amy has been so sweet and kind while we figure out our new storage unit. She even helped us get into an open out door lot to help save us some money. So far great experience with staff and facility. The only thing that I would say needs to be maybe fixed is that the key pad on the inside is hard to read.

Renting a storage unit was super simple and affordable. Amy was amazing! This location is clean and feels very safe.
Since storage mart has taken over this establishment, they have lost 3 payments, all resulting in additional fees. None of my other checks for utilities, etc are lost. Just this one. These fees pad the profitability of this specific site. Has anyone else noticed the happening?
