StorageMart is fantastic! The manager, Kimberly, at the Wyandotte location in Kansas City Missouri is friendly outgoing and professional. All of the storage units that I have witnessed are clean and well-managed. Everything is safe and secure. I contacted customer service and even reserved and additional unit online. They make it super easy with automatic payments as well. I would definitely recommend StorageMart for any of your storage needs.
I spoke to Jackie about price and availability for surface storage. We will be parking out 24’ RV at the 141st and Wyandotte location. Jackie was very personable, efficient and clear of what our expectations should be. I would highly recommend this facility.
Kim thinks of everything, and really understands the business. It felt like telling a librarian what book you're looking for and they immediately pluck it from the shelf. It was so easy, so fast, and so informative!
