TLDR: Bad English, bad customer service, and bad follow through.nIf your life depends on you getting your medecine on time I would not recommend going here. I called in a prescription transfer on Friday. I got a call from a lady on Saturday whose English was so poor she was having a hard time understanding the different names between 2 medecines. Instead of working through it she just hung up on me. Sunday I call back and get a different lady whom I expiation my now desperate need to and she seems very helpful. She says that she will mark it urgent. That I need to call my dr. Monday morning just to make sure a scrip is in, which I do. And she says that they will contact me by noon about my prescription. So on Monday I get a txt that my prescription is ready at 11. I go to pick it up after work at 5.30 It's not ready the old one from a week ago is. Then I'm told that they faxed my Dr. for it. .. 10 minutes ago. At 5.20, you know, when dr. offices are not open. I ended up having to buy my medecine, which must be made out of gold, without insurance.
