The folks at Bock's Steam Star (Johnathan and Ryan) did a great job in cleaning our carpets! They even offered to do an area rug at no additional charge, since our Master bedroom carpet was under the sq ft minimum charge.nCarpet Corner recommended Bock's to do our 18 month maintenance cleaning (in order to keep the Shaw carpet warranty in effect) and we're glad they did! We'll be seeing Bock's again in another 18 months for sure!
I sell real estate and have used Bocks for me and refer them to my clients. They just recently did my sofas and did a wonderful job. They also clean tile in bathrooms and do an excellent job. Professional and kind! Highly recommend
Couldn't be happier with the service we received. The technicians arrived on time and had proper protective equipment on to protect both them and us from unnecessary exposure.. Went about their jobs quickly and professionally. Very pleased with the results. We will use them again for sure. I can highly recommend them for carpet and area rug cleaning, and did an especially good job with some irritating pet stains we had on our carpet downstairs. VERY PLEASED.
They made my sofa sectional look brand new again!! It looks so Beautiful that I don't even want to sit on it!! They were very professional and courteous!! I would definitely use them again and I recommend them 1000%!!
I had Bock Steam Star clean my carpets and area rugs in July (fantastic work!). As a surprise bonus, I received a coupon for them to come back and perform another service. I chose the wood floor cleaning. Wow! Our floors look beautiful! I would highly recommend!!
