Inexpensive dry cleaning.discounts only apply on spacific days. Youu have to let them know you expect wrinkle free ironing. Make them redu if you are not satisfied
I'm really disappointed with their customer service. They had lost my bed comforter 2 weeks ago. I been try to get a communication with manager, but It seems impossible. The front lady told me that they are going to call me, but every time that I visit this place all I got is the same answer. I want it to know where is my Bed Comforter and how is possible that they gave this to someone else.nnAfter all of these we were able to solve this problem, Thanks to Fabian Benito the Owner, of this Place. He help us directly to find a solution for it.nnLoyalty is the key here, we would like to continue going to this place.nnThanks so much.
There was definitely a struggle with customer service during the transition to new ownership. They lost my clothes twice. Unfortunately, they continue to raise prices. They have for months stated that they would post prices, but haven't. I don't like the lack of transparency when it comes to pricing. It comes across as being shady in nature. If I had my choice I prefer the previous management. The previous management might not have been as technologically advanced, but you can't replace integrity and genuine customer service.
Has improved with new team and leadership there. Manage Alex S...is excellent in terms of customer service and attention to detail. Other Alex and Mike are excellent also. Good teamwork.
Great service. Every one is very nice. And the drive thru works out great for me
