Excellent customer service. Fast, easy and my clothes looked great!!
We went to this store with a military uniform to be cleaned, and forgot to remove all the pins from the uniform. The lovely older woman that works during the day actually took a picture of the uniform for us, removed all the pins, and added the pins back to the uniform for us after it had been cleaned! She is amazing! This is the only place we will take his uniform now, but we generally remember to remove the pins first now! THANK YOU SO MUCH for always being so warm and welcoming when we come in!
I’m confused with this location and how the customer service can be so horrible compared to the other location I used to go to. ( 95th and Antioch) My wife has dropped off my clothes the past 4 times and every time she gets attitude from the staff at this location. It’s like we are inconveniencing them when we drop off the clothes or we are dropping off too much for them to handle. I am also in the customer service business and won’t allow this at my store. Get it figured out or find a job where you don’t have to speak to paying customers throughout the day. Guess it’s time for a switch
If I could give less than one star for my review I would. Sadly the Pride Cleaners near my house was closing forcing me to find a new location. I thought I would give the 135th location a try. Upon arrival I was greeted with such poor customer service that I picked up my value club bag and left. The thing that kept me coming back to Pride cleaners was the friendly service and price for a laundered shirt. Sorry to see the 119th and 69 Hwy location good. As it goes so does my business with Pride cleaners.
Terrible customer service. The grumpy lady working has no respect. Maybe time to retire....
