I had wax on a very expensive sweater and other dry cleaners told me to get the wax off myself and then they would clean it but, Emilee told me that that was no problem!!! And it wasn't, it came out perfect!!!nThank you so very much!! Good Management!!

Turned in 2 coats. One came out clean. The other jacket still has very dirty cuffs. The cuffs are a turned up style. I pointed out the dirty cuffs when I turned the coat in. Just got the coat back and the cuffs were turned down. When I folded them to regular position the dirt was still there. Attendant said I would need to pay another $15 to have it cleaned again. I asked if the cuffs had been cleaned the first time and answer was unclear. I was told cuffs will always be folded down when returned. Won't be back to this cleaner.
Very friendly and customer oriented. Very pleasant experience.
The clerk has a poor attitude. He was not professional with his communication.
