Terry is AMAZING!!!! I bring in approximately $160/month of dry cleaning, and he provides me such great customer service each and every time! He remembers me and greats me by name each time I come in. He even remembers how I like my laundry bags returned. Several times Terry has caught an article of clothing that wasn't supposed to be in the dry cleaning (sock, pair of underwear) - I never have to worry, they are always left in the returned laundry bag and Terry points them out when I pick up. I HAVE BECOME AN EXCLUSIIVE PRIDE CLEANERS CLIENT, AND TERRY IS THE ONLY REASON WHY. OWNERS TAKE NOTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terry is great. Went to pickup my shirts today pulled out my credit card, and was advised that the dry cleaning was already paid. Obviously a little shocked, Terry advised me that he found $30 in my pocket and used that to cover the cost of the cleaning, plus I have a credit. Most people aren’t that honest. They made a permanent customer out of me. Kudos to Terry.

Well Pride Cleaners is the best because 1 I work here and I strive to provide the best customer service that I can offer. I give my customers 100 and 10% and always go above and beyond the Call of Duty of my job for my customers. So if you want exceptional customer service from an exceptional person from an exceptional company and exceptional cleaners come to Pride Cleaners. Well this store I work at a lot but I work at a lot of our stores and there's 40 or more. So I'm Courtney come see me at any one of our stores that I'm at and you will receive the best customer service you have ever had from anyone's at any place you have ever been. Thank you.

This place is absolutely terrible! They poked a hole in my expensive shirt and expected to get away with it. They even starched it wrong. Will never come back to this location.

I took my gift of a brand new, never worn, expensive jumpsuit to a local business to have it shortened and hemmed. First they sewed it using black thread on white fabric which was unacceptable to me and I ask them to re-do it. When I went to pick it up the second time, he showed me where some of the black color at the bottom had seeped into the next color which was white. Clearly something had been spilled on it. He said he didn't know how it happened or what it was, but gave me my money back and said I should take it to the cleaners and they would get it out.nI took it to Lori at Pride Cleaners, Executive Hills and told her my sad story. The employees went over and above to try to get this out, as well as calling me and keeping me posted when they wanted more time to continue trying as it did not come out quickly.nI can't say enough good things about their customer service and would give them 6 stars if I could!nThank you Lori and the Pride team!
