Accepted my item and told me to return in a week. When I returned they said they were unwilling to try and clean because it was too delicate. Couldn't they have told me that when I dropped it off or called me so I could pick it up and take it elsewhere?

Best experience ever. Always caring to every concerns I have. If I am not satisfied, I am welcome to take it back and she will do it again free of charge. She is a very nice lady. I highly recommend them.
