I took in 3 couch cushion covers for the first time to be dry cleaned at Tide. 2 cushion covers were returned to me with perfect lines/streaks resulting from the cleaning process. I spoke with the manager who attempted to clean them again and when they did not come out, she told me it was not from the drying process and the owner would speak with me. When the owner called me he was immediately insistent on knowing the process after 35 years in business and stated the process wouldn’t do this. I know for a fact our cushions were always able to be flipped over with both sides equally useable. The owner’s refusal to believe that the cushions were in perfect state beforehand is appalling. He refused to stand by a loyal, regular customer for years. He was both argumentative and abrasive with me and the whole experience was incredibly unprofessional.

Went here for the first time and it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Also less expensive than I was expecting! My suit was very clean and looked new again. The drive up is very convenient. I'll definitely come back here next time.

I was traveling with my son and made a terrible error: I spilled coffee on his Navy dress white hat. We were on the road to his next post, where he would have to report in his Navy dress white uniform... I took his hat in to Tide Cleaners, and they were able to spot treat the hat and remove all signs of my coffee spill! Thank you for erasing the spilled coffee stain so quickly!

Great cleaners and service. Drop off your clothes by 9am they are ready same day. They also have the Tide phone app which tells you when your clothes are ready and it also has coupons. The prices are comparable to the rest and the service is really what sets them apart.

Probably the best dry cleaner I have ever used. Great service and consistent work quality. Tough to find a cleaner in KC with the same quality and sense of urgency as living in NYC. Hats off to ya. Keep up the great work.
