I had the pleasure of working with Rob for my engagement ring. During the entire process, he was easy to reach and make the entire process seamless. We got my engagement ring, wedding band and one year anniversary earrings from Rob. He is such a pleasure to work with and an incredibly honest person. He went out of his way to make our experience a positive one. There was an error on the price quoted by the supplier and Rob absorbed the difference on his end to make sure we were not misquoted. Outstanding customer service. I encourage everyone to use him for your jewelry needs.

If you are looking for an engagement ring or high end jewelry, rob is your guy. I had him source a stone for me and set it. He was fair and gave me a deal. His prices are better than the online retailers and you get to see what you are buying first hand. He is a man of his word and will make it right if something happens. Six months after my initial purchase, I was back again. Thanks rob.

5 out of 5 would recommend Premier to anyone looking for jewelry. We got my engagement ring and wedding bands from Rob and he is truly the best. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he is incredibly kind and genuine. Don’t go to any other jewelry store!

I went shopping at Shane company, And if you hate car sales people you will absolutely despise the environment the atmosphere and the employees at Shane company. Rob took all of the pressure out of it and made me feel like it was one of the easiest decisions to make. The extreme time constraints that I put on him did not slow him down he worked diligently to make sure I got what I needed just in time. I would highly recommend giving Rob and Premier Diamond Source the opportunity if you or anyone you know is looking for fine quality jewelry.
