Andy and his staff at Karats Jewelers are fantastic. I highly recommend them. The selection is great, the specialists are very knowable and you will never feel pressured. We had a number of pieces designed, Andy always wanted to make sure we felt very happy and comfortable with the final outcome while keeping within our budget. Anytime I need help with any jewelry or watch they go above and beyond to make me feel like a valued client. You won't be disappointed.

I highly recommend Karats Jewelers. The store manager, Elle Harvey, encouraged me to take as much time as I wanted to look over their large selection of diamond rings. Elle is very knowledgeable and made the time there fun. She helped me re-design my wedding ring and it turned out gorgeous! When she called to let me know it had arrived, she was genuinely as excited as I was. Said she couldn't wait to see my face when I first saw my ring. I couldn't be happier!

My boyfriend and I last minute decided to stop here before going to Jared's. We were looking for an engagement ring. We had saved money and Elle helped us to find something unique and in our budget. She was very sweet and answered all our questions. Elle even called us back to offer a suggestion to change the setting head from rose gold to white which would cost nothing more but would showcase the diamond we chose better. She made the experience enjoyable and treated us like family!

Karats is simply the best! Andy and his staff are both knowledgeable and helpful. Karats has a large and beautiful selection of jewelry. We have loved every piece... from watches to diamonds. I highly recommend using Karats as your Kansas City jeweler.
