came to this location today for the first time and I have to say it was one of the best interactions I’ve had with any sales associate ever. We were there to find engagement ring and were so happy with the service we received from Kelly. She helped me find the perfect ring. She was amazing. It felt like talking to a friend or someone you know. There was no pressure. Glad she was there to help me with my first ring shopping experience. Thank you Kelly!!

I came here expecting to get pressured into buying something as most jewelry stores are overly forceful on this. I was pleasantly greeted by two very nice employees asking if I was looking for anything in particular with my visit. After I responded, they sat me down where I waited in a comfortable lounge as they get a rep to assist me. A lady named Becka helped me from that point on.nnI’m amazed at the professionalism this company has. Not once did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable. She related with me on a personal level and made me feel very welcomed and relaxed. In fact, of all customer service places I’ve experienced, this is one of the best. If you’re looking to buy anything jewelry related, this is the only place you ever need to go!

It was my husband and I first time going to Shane Company and WOW was it a great one! I would highly recommend for anyone looking for excellent service to come here. Chelsea helped us find the perfect piece of jewelry that we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary. She was great no pressure just lots of patience and kindness. Everyone that works here is so friendly and works as a team and cares about YOU the customer!

My husband and I have had many excellent experiences here. Tiffany was a huge help with our specific requests. We’re very happy with our rings and like knowing that they have a lifetime warranty and free cleanings.

Excellent service. I love that the staff is not commissioned so there are no high-pressure tactics. I bought my wife's engagement ring, wedding band, earrings and a couple necklaces here. Always great service, always incredible diamonds. My wife's diamond is decent-sized (2k) and it looks fantastic. They set the stone so the only inclusion is under one of the prongs. The cut is great, clarity is great, color is.. well, colorless. The stone was higher quality and better cut than I could find anywhere else for anywhere near a comparable price - trust me, I shopped around! We'll always be back here for future jewelry purchases.
