Tom's attention to detail and level of service is the definition of the white glove jewelry buying experience we were looking for. Having shopped at other jewelry stores in Kansas City, it was obvious that Tom is focused first and foremost on customer experience. My fiancee and I recently bought our wedding bands here (her's custom designed) and Tom always kept us in the loop and made sure we were 100% happy with what we were getting -- he doesn't cut any corners. Tom takes the time to give you an education on what you are purchasing. He is a true artist and craftsman and I have never seen anyone take more pride in his craft than him.
