Katie helped my husband choose a special gift before an important family event, when he wanted my look to shine. He ultimately opted for a beautiful set of earrings, and when he surprised me with the gorgeous jewelry gift, I was amazed at the quality and their stunning design. He spoke very highly of Katie, who he said helped him make his decision over a number of conversations and he remarked how knowledgeable and helpful she was. He is a well-seasoned consumer, and he gives Katie top marks for her level of customer service. I'm thankful for all the help, too, as I have a dazzling gift I will cherish for years.

Purchased at the Leawood location. I was very satisfied with Katie and the rest of the staff. The customer service was excellent. It may be short-lived, but both Katie and I developed an incredibly good professional business relationship. She has been friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable. I have enjoyed working with her.

I went in to inquire about possibly getting a ring made from a stone I brought in and they came up with so many ideas. Neb is a fantastic sales associate. I didn’t even think I had such options but he went above and beyond to make something I really liked. He asked his jeweler Bob to join us and give us even more ideas. The custom job was amazing. I cannot thank them enough.

Awesome service with Alana. I came in to get a couple of pieces cleaned and she was able to help my FINALLY find a solution to get my pendant restored by rhodium in rose gold!! I have been looking for years and finally! It was beautiful. Thankful and so happy. Thank you Alana!!

I had the pleasure of working with Gloria when I was I need of appraisal services for some of my pieces. After a quick stop at the Hawthorne location, I was on my way! Gloria handled my appraisals quickly and professionally. When I picked up my jewelry and the paperwork, I was pleasantly surprised to find everything has been polished and shined just like new. I love the Hawthorne location- convenient spot for me and wonderfully attentive and kind people!
