The manager of this salon was rude and unprofessional. I was part of a bridal party and was told I wasn’t able to curl my own hair at the salon since it’s “against state law” although the rest of the party was able to do their own hair. Maybe it had to do with the fact that they paid for their makeup. I would have been more than happy to pay a fee to be able to get ready with the bride. Instead the manage made me feel unwelcome and was just rude. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Being that I am a makeup artist myself I felt like their makeup application on the girls were less than perfect. Their make up was dry and cakey and some didn’t even have the same matching foundation color. So if you want rude uptight service with dry old white lady makeup this is the place to go!
Love coming here! Everyone is so nice and does such a great job! It is a great way to relax! My hair always looks so great when I leave! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Even though my actual blow out style was decent - the shampoo/conditioner used stripped my hair dry and I had to apply hydrating serum immediately after I got home to prevent my ends from feeling coarse/dry.nI paid $10 extra and picked the additional 10 mins head massage and only received a 5 mins massage - which is not the end of the world, it’s just the principle of it. The stylist also did a poor job at cleansing my scalp - it still felt dirty after it dried even though it was supposed to be a “double wash”. Below average experience for the price I paid which is truly a shame because I’d been wanting to try Primp and Blow for a while now and drove 40 mins out of my way to get the service. The half decent styling wasn’t worth it because day 3 and my scalp already feels very dirty and will need another wash today - whereas my self washed + styled hair lasts at least 4 days before needing dry shampoo and 8-9 days before actually needing to be washed.
