The customer Service is always good here. I had my hair done by two different ladies, the first time was fine. I wasn't too impressed, but my hair didn't look bad, and she did what I asked her to aside from the bangs I wanted and didn't get. The second time around was pretty terrible. My hair looked good when I left the salon, but the next day looked like someone had cut it with a straight razor, my bangs had funky layers and don't look right. I really like the salon and Aveda products, but I have to say that I wont be going back there.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Anna Latino gave me an amazing haircut and experience. She understands and listens to what her customers. I love everything about my new haircut.
