I have done business several times. Great place in South Overland Park to shop for quality furniture without walking for miles. The staff was attentive,nthrough and not pushy. Once I made a decision, the sale and delivery were set up expeditiously.
Incredible experience! I am not a confident furniture shopper. I feel it's such a big decision and there are so many choices. The minute I walked in Brian greeted me. We talked about things I liked and didn't like. We narrowed down the specifics. He was patient. He was calming and made me feel comfortable. He was never pushy. We set up a time for me to come back with my daughter to finalize the fabric choices. The store is inviting and even though there is a lot of merchandise to see, you never feel like you are in one of those warehouse stores. They make you feel like family. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.
Mary was a big help as I was looking for a specific size of media console cabinet to put under our wall-mounted TV. Crowley has a very good quality line of nice wood furniture made by an Amish community in northeastern MO and the TV console was the right size. The color/stain and type of wood used was all customizable as was the hardware. Perfect!nI can’t wait to get it the first week of August!
