My highly pregnant daughter and I came in on Friday after Thanksgiving to shop for strollers, crib mattress, etc. There were probably 8 people looking around. We started with the strollers and after looking for 20 min. or so, no one had even approached us. We left the area and went to look at crib mattresses. Just like with the strollers, we had questions. Not one person ever approached us. Two different workers who were going back and forth into the stockroom saw us but never said a word. I would have thought they may have been trained to get a sales person if they saw customers who looked like they had questions. After about 45 min., I walked around the store by myself looking at everything. Not one hello, may I help you, etc. You advertise customer service as a reason to shop with you. We walked out and easily could/would have spent $1000 or more. You will never see a penny from me and I intend to tell anyone I know who is looking for baby items to stay away from your store. Heck of a way to run a business.

Danielle HAS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, she really listened to me and helped me out with gettin the stuff I need for my FIRST CHILD. I want to thank her for everything she did for me. I will definitely be telling all my friends about this store and her customer service. So thank u Danielle for all that u do. I know it’s hard being an Essential worker but u have a great attitude and I hope u keep on smiling.

This location is terrible! Which is so unfortunate because the store concept, products offered, and ability to occasionally use a coupon are great but the customer service at this location is not only poor but so severely offputting it makes you want to go out of your way to shop elsewhere. At a time in your life where you need the most help, why would BuyBuyBaby be okay with this?
