LG APPLIANCE (DRYER) PURCHASE WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY - Be aware that the warranty doesn't cover defective parts that can be replaced by the consumer like a dryer filter. I purchased an LG dryer and after the 1 year manufacturers warranty expired I needed a new dryer filter. The LG dryer filter can't handle the thermal cycling that occurs through multiple drying cycles and it warps / bows allowing lint to bypass the filter and end up in your exhaust pipe or outside. I contacted the extended warranty department and was told it doesn't cover parts like that despite the fact that is obviously a defective part. I contacted the store manager (Ryan) because in the store you're told that the extended warranty will cover everything from normal wear and tear to normal wear. Despite being promised a replacement and sending pics of 2 defective filters I never received a call back or any replacement parts.

The store was neat and clean the help was very knowledgeable and efficient in and out. I actually enjoyed it more than home Depot. Lowe's actually had cashiers not just self-checkout.

Up until recently, I would give Lowe's a 5 star rating. For many year's I've been satisfied with their products and services. I purchase 6 window blinds on 1/16/20. However, the blinds would not fit my windows. The installer had surveyed the windows and took measurements and even included a statement on his survey form that the blinds would not fit. Yet, I did not get notified except that the survey was complete and I needed to schedule the install. When the installer showed up, the blinds would not fit. The Installation Service Manager stopped by my house and picked up all six blinds and I had stated I wanted a full refund. I am yet to get my full refund and it is 5/20/20... Very unlikely I'll ever make another substantial purchase at any Lowe's...

Great prices and helpful staff. Just wish you could buy the quality of lumber was just a little better. Had to take some warped boards that hopefully I make work
