I ordered a custom upholstery couch over Memorial Day weekend. It arrived on August 21, 2020. Carla was very helpful, and found a great fabric. The delivery scheduling was a nightmare, but the actual delivery was fine. The only complaint I have is that the cushion on the chaise has less stuffing than the other two cushions. I didn’t really notice this at first, but now it vexes me.

Do Not Do Business with Arhaus! Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced! They Do Not Stand Behind Their Merchandise. Issue: Purchased a $2,500 leather chair recently and within 3 months of use, the leather surface began to peal. Arhaus response was “not our problem, we do not warranty fabric or finishes, you must have done something to the surface to cause the problem. Hence, they assume NO RESPONSIBILITY. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS FAULT. For the record, we did not treat the leather with any substance and have leather furniture throughout our home and have for years. We have never experienced anything like this. Furthermore, Arhaus refused to offer any assistance whatsoever, including sending a technician to inspect the defect, or even contact the manufacture to learn if something could be done to prevent further pealing. They totally do not care and seemed annoyed that we would even confront them with this problem. Avoid Arhaus like the plague!!!

Nikki, and the Arhaus staff are exceptional! Nikki, a talented Designer, listened to my vision and found exactly what I wanted and had been trying to find for months! One visit and my Wichita home is now beautifully decorated and comfortable. Nikki, Arhaus Designer; delivery and white glove set-up; scheduler; and all staff are wonderful. You will find everyone is professional, and outstanding to work with. Thanks Nikki and Arhaus, I highly recommend your services to anyone seeking quality furniture and great customer service.
