I ordered a waffle iron August 22 with an expected delivery of September 3. First notification of delay put it at end of September. Third email delayed till October 20. I called customer service to cancel order. Was told by first gentleman it couldn’t be canceled. I asked for a supervisor. A nice young lady explained it was in fulfillment and could not be canceled. Exasperated I asked if more than a month notice wasn’t sufficient what is. I explained it would arrive a month after the birthday. The kind young lady just told me she has to send a request to fulfillment to cancel and that takes a week for them to hear back. She says she will put a note to contact me in a week. Williams and Sonoma is in the 19th century for ordering on line. Don’t do it!
Jean went above and beyond to help me package a gift for my boyfriend. I had only asked her for a separate paper bag for the gift; Jean exceeded my expectations by graciously willing to gift-wrap the product for me. Thank you so much for your dedication to customer service, Jean! You made my trip to Williams & Sonoma an excellent one.
Everyone is so helpful and nice. Always a neatly organized store. Excellent products for the home. And we love to buy their hand soaps also.
Bought a breville espresso machine. Found a great deal on one somewhere else and the matches the price with no pushback. Great service and fantastic staff. I love this store.nI recommend to anyone that reads this that they go in and buy something to help keep them in business.
