I drove 40 minutes excited to check out the store and buy a couch for our basement. I arrived to a note on the door saying appointment only and the next appointment wasn’t for 1.5 hours. Waste of 1.5 hours of driving. I’ll find a couch somewhere else that wants business. I’d recommend updating your store hours online to say you’re appointment only.
Joseph and Preston are PERFECT. They definitely represent the brand. We are so excited and anxiously await our 8x10. We will definitely be back in the future. Joseph was very knowledgeable and patient in helping us choose the perfect one. Thanks again!
I heard of “LoveSac” the couch company from Costco magazine. I was excited to find a local store in KC metro area. I loved my experience at the store, went home with information to bring to my husband. We. It’s came back and ended up with the perfect modular couch combination for our family.
The staff was very helpful and informative. Shipping was quick. I enjoyed the experience and can't wait to enjoy the couch!
The sales crew is amazing... they new of specials and checked into them for me. I had just moved to town and they were able to accommodate my needs till my bed gets delivered.
