Installers were very nice but one of the workers couldn't handle the job and literally overheated. The carpet had burn marks in two places but my biggest complaint is that I wanted high quality carpet and after two years, it looks like I got builder grade. In his defense, he did call to see if we were happy. I just didn't know the carpet would age so fast. Our carpet in our old house lasted for years.
Steve and his crew have provided exceptional service. We were pleased with his prices and the quality of the carpet we chose. The crew worked cleanly and quickly and we recommend them to our friends!
Worked with him before and it was great. Fast forward 4 years to new place. The install was a joke (unqualified kids doing the install), and 3 years after that, the carpet is toast. We asked for quality carpet and got builder's grade. Never again.
