Special shout out to MARIANA, an amazing associate who works at this store. Stars am giving out is FOR HER SERVICE,nShe is,n(i) Knowledgable - Knows different systems at Sprint-TMO and gives you correct information, always.n(ii) Customer satisfaction - Does all she could to make sure customer is happy.n(iii) Service - Makes sure your work is taken care of asap.n(iv) Guidance and offers - Always give you tips on things you can do on own and on upcoming or current offers etc.n(v) Importantly, patience - She is very patient. We had 3 requests for our appointment yesterday, which took 1 hour 15 mins or more and she spent all that time, trying to make sure all requests were handled correctly.nnShe is an amazing associate for any company. I just wanted my screen repaired and they updated the software and put some bloatware that I don't want on my phone. Like magic my screensavers changed At least they didn't lose my data time to go to mint mobile

Absolutely fantastic experience. I give kudos to the technicians at this location, especially Brandon. I dropped my Note 10+ and called a week before coming in. I didn't even need a appointment! It took less than an house and he exceeded my expectations. Very friendly staff at this location, as you would expect. Thank you so much guys!

After spending 3 hours at another store location and on line with customer service, I went to this location. Spent another 3 hours but Mariana was great! She was patient, persistent, and charming. Fixed what seemed like an impossible problem (judging by other reps I dealt with). She is the best!

I don't normally post reviews, but the service I received at this location from a man named Daniel (I believe, he had brown hair in a ponytail) was unacceptable. I wasn't addressed first, my male counterpart was, even though it was my name on the screen. I was talked down to, refused help and was spoken to in an extremely rude manner. He didn't even look at the phone. I left without any sort of customer service. I've since been looking up different service providers and will hopefully be switching soon.
