I'm a Maintenance Manager for a property management company here in KC and have been using Lula now for a few months. At first I used them mostly for larger, bid jobs but always was pleased with the fast turnaround, pricing and professionalism. After learning more about their business model and the types of services they offer, I'm blown away. I now use them for everything from gutter cleanings, to new roofs, to complete rehabs. Lance, Bo & Josh are all amazing at communicating with us & the owner/tenant and are always there to clarify or answer any of my million questions that pop up. I would HIGHLY recommend using Lula for pretty much anything you can think of! They've made my life more simple and streamlined, which has been a huge relief!

I found out about Lula through a family friend. Their services have been absolutely the best! Their customer service reps are also awesome! They respond within a timely manner and help solve your questions/issues promptly. I definitely recommend using their services!
