The staff is so friendly. Very easy to drop off and pick up my dog! After care for surgery was great.
I love Banfield. My dog had an infection brought on by kennel cough and it can be hard to find a good vet that’s open on weekends; besides the very expensive pet emergency rooms. I was too worried to wait until Monday, so I called Banfield in Shawnee and they got my fur baby in that afternoon! I’m glad that I didn’t wait because he was badly in need of antibiotics. The staff was professional, caring and courteous and they took Covid precautions without losing their excellent customer service!! I can’t say enough about veterinarian Dr. A Long-SO WONDERFUL!-she was kind enough to call me with X-ray test results the next day on a Sunday-even tho she was out of the office until Thur. She is so easy to talk to, knowledgeable and shows a true concern for my dog’s well being. I did enroll my dog in their pet wellness “insurance” program; but no one did the “hard sell” act on me; and unlike most places, Banfield let me apply those discounts to services, medications, etc needed that same day! It saved hundreds of dollars on his xrays etc and now I not only have peace of mind, but I also know that this will help me keep up on his future vaccinations, dental cleanings and wellness checks. I can go to any Banfield location, which is also super convenient, but I’ll continue using the Banfield in Shawnee after receiving such great service and care.
Great place I would recommend it to anyone. there staff are super friendly and really pet friendly and they try to help any way they can. Just a little small but a really awesome place
They have been good to my new kitten, Penelope. And they have an app that I can use to see everything that happened at her appointment. I like that a lot. They are friendly and helpful with all my questions.
Brought a sample over from my beagle. They quickly identified it as a tick, and sent me home. Very quick...very professional. I love working with Dr Krough. I highly recommend her.
