1st time there was OK, other than a truck hitting me head-on while I was parked in a door.n2nd visit, my appointment was between 10am and 2pm, I got there at 11am. Was told I was late and considered a work-in. At 1pm, was given a door. At 2pm, was told to open my doors, back in, then disconnect. At 3:45, they came out, removed their air line lock then went back inside.nAt 4:30, I called asking what I'm waiting on. The woman in the office informed me that my load hasn't been started yet. After 15 minutes of me explaining that my trailer was, indeed, empty, she finally told me the unloaders were new and forgot to tell her they were finished before they left to go home...nSounds like poor training to me...nOther than the claim of being late and then forgetting about me, it was a fast unload and I made it to a safe haven with 31 minutes left on my 14 hour day
Slowest shipper ever for LIVE loading. Taking over 12 hours to get loaded. Over 6 hrs after appointment time. Only 4 pallets loaded.
More than 6 hours past drop dead time. I even arrived three hours early been here almost 12 hours. I don't ever want to pull a load out of here again.
This is just the distribution location but what this company does to their product is suspect. It doesn't cook right, it doesn't taste right. Nope and nope for me.
It's hit n miss with this place. Sometimes your in and out. Other times you'll wait for hours if you're live loading. Don't think anybody here has ever been properly trained on loading a trailer.
