Disgusted by the lack of customer service while dealing with the pharmacy today my mother with a walker the day after being released from a two week hospital stay because of pneumonia from legionella bacteria in icu on a ventilator went to the pick up window at which time she was having difficulty breathing to pick up her prescriptions and try to get two last minute prescriptions filled for nebulizer the pharmacist or pharmacy tech didn't even look at her and told her that had to go to the drop off which was maybe 3ft away at whoch time i stepped in stating it was ridiculous she acted as if it would be such an inconvenience for her to walk the two prescriptions to drop off im still disgusted at how inconsiderate and rude she was

Pharmacists are super helpful, always willing to explain drug interactions and usage.nI go to the Pharmacy for drugs; Walmart if I need other 'stuff'.
