They did a fabulous job with preserving my wedding gown so I know it's safe for years to come!! Staff is friendly and the cleaning quality is premium. I also use the free pick-up and delivery service which is super convenient! Would recommend to anyone in the KC area!

I chose to go to this place because it was the only cleaners that answered my questions when I called about having my weighted blanket cleaned. Which I appreciated that because I was having a hard time with other places. Everything was fine at first, but the woman that helped me said it would take 3-4 days to clean and they’d call me when it was ready. Well 5 days went by and I heard nothing so on day 6 I called and the woman I spoke to said she couldn’t find anything about my blanket and said she would call me back with an answer. I gave her a day to figure it out, but I never heard back. So on day 8, I called again and spoke to a man this time. He said the same thing the woman did, but he actually called me back later the same day to tell me they lost my blanket. On day 10, I got a call saying they found my blanket so I went and picked it up and I’ll probably never go back. You can tell they’re very unorganized.

Well, my husband and I have been customers for almost 5 years (averaging about $50 per month), and mostly found them satisfactory, with a few hiccups, including missing table cloths twice (the owner found the second one at his own house!), but the level of chaos only seems to be on the rise. The Monticello store closed, my clothes weren't ready on time, and one of my two blue bags has been lost, hopefully not with any of my clothes in it. I think the most disturbing thing is that the last few times, despite having a cloth bag (designed to reduce the use of plastic bags) every single item has been in plastic and the bag has been empty. Today, when I asked the person at the counter, she said, the rules are to put all items in plastic. What??? Now I am wondering if the processing is more eco-friendly or if that is a myth as well. And with a missing bag, I'm wondering if I have lost items too.

The best dry cleaner I have ever used! They know my name when I walk in the door, they are prompt and professional, and the all natural cleaning products don't leave my clothes smelling like a chemical factory. Tyler, the owner, is a hands on owner and is always there working side-by-side with his employees, ironing, folding, etc. As the city councilman for that area, I speak with a lot of people in the area and anytime Blue Sky Cleaners is mentioned people have great things to say about him. In fact, my father drives from 91st and Leavenworth Rd to have his dry cleaning done there.nnGreat asset to the community, keep up the good work!

I have always had excellent service from them. I recommend their service. I believe it's family owned as well. They work very hard and I appreciate what they've done.
