I wish I could give this business a higher rating because I like their environmentally friendly approach. However in the past they lost an article of my clothing for a few weeks before it was finally located. Today I took in a suit early in the morning because I needed it the same day. I was told they no longer do this and their turnaround should be 24 hours, however they haven't been getting the work done so she is telling folks 2 days just to be honest. I couldn't leave the suit with them as I needed it before Friday. A nearby competitor was happy to do it today.
I'm a frequent customer and they've always done a great job. Unlike Pride Cleaners who tends to burn my clothes.
