Pretty decent place just wish they would clean their machines where you put the detergent

Clean, not too crowded, good spot to do your wash on the road.
I have been a loyal customer washing my clothes here for 2 years. So you can imagine my surprise when the washer broke in the middle of my load so my clothes were still soaked and had not been cleaned properly. The lady at the counter insisted my clothes had been thoroughly washed and that she only put an “out of order” sign on the machine because it was leaking water. Well when a machine leaks water to my understanding it had malfunctioned. I ask to speak with a manager whom she calls on the phone and the manager is only willing to pay for the load to be washed but wanted me to use more cups of my laundry detergent, softener, beads and pods. I feel that was not fair to the customer and that they should replace all that was lost which would not even have amounted to $10. This will be my last time washing here. I’m very disappointed in how this was handled.
I like going here to do my laundry, though it has been really crowded afternoon's.
