Horrible customer service. Very dismissive. Acting as if they don't see you and are put off by you asking for help in their design center. No hi, how are you, thanks for visiting our store .. Let us know if there is anything we can help you with, even when they look up and see you walk right by them.nnThat's not even the worst of it .. When asking for design help - forget about it !!!! One of the men workers....nnWOW !!!!nnHe's been a Gen Contractor for over 30yrs, however has no ideas on how tile brought in from another store can be used with any of their tile. NO suggestions what so ever. The only suggestion he has is to throw down a piece of tile that's the same size then tell me this is your only option and if you want to see other pieces they are on another isle to check out. Didn't offer to take me other there, just was on my own to hopefully find what he was talking about. I'll give him a little slack because he was having a rough day, with nose bleeds. After he dismissed himself leaving me on my own to find his suggestions, I thought to myself, I really wish he thought my sale mattered enough to find someone else to take his place since he couldn’t answer my questions. After a few minutes, of hearing him talking to someone else, I placed the tile he suggested down and walked out of their store.nnNot that this probably matters to anyone in your store ... but I came in looking for help for a whole master bathroom makeover - Tile on the floor, and in the shower. Your store was recommended as one I should check out.nnLike I said, this may not be a huge sale by your standards but over this past year .. we’ve been working on remodeling our whole house and many rooms were in need of new tile - Laundry room, fireplace, kitchen back splash, 1/2 bathroom and an upstairs bathroom. I'm incredibly thankful I was not made aware of your store first. I would not spend one penny with you.

The Tile Shop sources worldwide, which means that different lots can differ in color. When my bullnose pieces did not match the flat tile, they bent over backwards to make it right. And my experience was that workers and customers wore masks. Great displays there too - lots of ideas to help you make a decision

Very nice selection for your tile projects. And many displays for ideas you may want to consider for remodeling wants. Competitive pricing and good amount of product in stock.

Denise was extremely nice. Don't go unless you have unlimited funds. Cheapest i could do a 70 ft square bathroom floor was $475 and that was just for the tile. Went to Home Depot and spent $105.

No one here is wearing their masks properly or opt for less effective face shields, bandanas or simply a mouth shield, which is something that I wasn't even aware existed. It's like a chin strap with a half circle that goes up and sits about two inches from the mouth. No one is wearing their masks when I come into the store. They need to update their protocol.
