It was an amazing experience.... acutually the owner is very nice he worked out a very good deal with me.
The owner is shady at best I was told at the store the owner didnt want to deal with us! My phone has been messed up since I took it there and also when I took it back 4 times noone was willing to help and it has been frustrating at best. I cant believe this place it was the worst experience i would never reccommend this place ever to anyone it is a joke and the people there are very rude and have no idea about cell phones go anywhere else but here.
I've bought two phones there one for me and one for my husband,nOne was used and flashed and the other phone was suppose to be new it came with the box, instructions, charge, etc. two days later i started having a whole bunch of problems w the flashed phone i went back just to get it checked they claim to have fixed it i went home and continued to have the same problem. i went back and they refused to exchange it and a week later the phone that was suppose to be new started to act up i went to several cricket stores and i got told that the phone i purchased wasn't new it had been activated a couple other times and was being used for a while the MEID of the phone had a real big history!! So at the end neither one of my phones was new!! i was completely upset never again will i go to that location and i don't recommend no one going there!!
i dont agree with jennifer, they are very nice comparing to all other cricket stores in town, the owner is nice and their staff are nice and helpfull, i recommend this place ....
