This is an amazing business. When I was furloughed, I wanted to purchase a gaming computer. They sold me one at a very reasonable price and then made me a deal on upgrading the video card, installed right away as I waited and another deal on 3 monitors. They even threw in all the necessary cords and adapters that I needed for no additional charge. Every thing works perfectly and I just brought the computer back in to upgrade the memory and you guessed it, they gave me another GREAT deal and are performing the upgrade as I type this review. They have earned a lifetime customer and I will only shop here for my computer needs!
Laptops KC in Shawnee is my new go-to for computer or phone repair. These guys were an absolute life saver last week, when my power button suddenly failed on my Dell pc. I was literally without access to all of my work on my computer during the most inconvenient possible time. Called around and there were no nearby service shops that could get it looked at and repaired same day. Found these guys while searching and they promptly got it repaired, in just a couple of hours! Will be back for sure.
I brought my computer in because some of the functions weren't working and I needed to upgrade it. They were very thorough and took a lot of time and finding the best solution for me. I would use them over and over again. Thank you so much for your help.
My computer went on the blink and working from home, I needed it diagnosed quickly and fixed. I was on my way to buy a new one but stopped by this place. They diagnosed and fixed it same day for much less than a new version. Very helpful and would recommend them to those in need.
