This phone number doesn't work.nnMicrosoft website says to call support, when you find a number that does work the recording says to go online. We've been on the phone all morning and have reached one human who had no clue how to help us or who to direct us to.nnPower cable was yanked out of computer on accident and now not charging, certainly an emergency situation while working from home.

Called the 800 number on this Help center location to find out if physical help centers are taking appointments or can a customer walk in.... absolutely NO help what so ever talking with a rep that barely speaks English.nAn update 2 days ago completely erased my desktop, all files and folders vanished, and the 365 family I paid for is gone!nSpent almost 4 hours on the phone yesterday trying to resolve this issue to recover my desktop, programs, and apps that vanished following the update. Everything this rep asked me to do, who also barely spoke English, i had already tried. Apparently in the uodate there were corrupt files that has made my new laptop nonfunctional.nI suggest everyone to NOT HAVE UODATES TO AUTOMATICALLY DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL!!!!nThis is something microsoft screwed up and the rep was telling me I need to contact the manufacturer for a USB drive with windows 10 and 365 to fix....when its microsoft thats responsible for destroying my laptop!!!!
