I went in to simply purchase a phone case. I was told that there were 2 people in front of me. 50 minutes later I was told that I still could not purchase a case as there were still 2 people in front of me. The manager Austin was able to speak with me twice with a tablet in hand both times that I assure you could have processed my payment. I will now take my business elsewhere to buy a case. I left the store and called to speak with a different manager and again got Austin. After explaining that I just needed to buy a case he kindly Hung up on me. Absolutely RIDICULOUS

I went into the store to purchase a new phone for my daughter. I knew the phone I needed,just simply needed to make a purchase. I was approached by a employee and told I had to make appointment and it would be an hour and a half wait.I could not wait the hour and a half so I went back later that day.When I back to the store I was told I had to be put on the list and there was only one person in front of me.I was told to wait in my vehicle and they would text me when I could come back into the store.i noticed that other people were walking in and not waiting in their vehicle. I waited for a text for over an hour before I walked back in the store.I questioned what was taking so long. They said they had sent me a text I showed them I had not received a text, another employee sent a text to me as I was standing ther and I received it in seconds.as I was standing there I noticed people walking in browsing and shopping. I asked why I had to wait on my vehicle when it was clear others were allowed to walk around in the store. I question a manager I was ignored.The phone that I wanted to purchase was not in stock so they had to call another store and pick it up.Still I waited....At this point I have now been waiting two hours with no phone.The manager was very rude an unhelpful. I have been with this company for nineteen years.The service was appalling. I would have given 0 stars if there was an option.

Customer service was less than ideal here. Guy said we’d just have to wait for an update from Apple to fix the weird problems we were having (we just got the phone yesterday). Went to the other T-Mobile location and their customer service was fantastic!

Kept it short and to the point. Didn't try to oversell anything.

This location is really good. Switching phones was hard, but I now have a really nice phone and plan.
