Clean, open store with excellent service. Limited selection of games; not unexpected as nearly everything has gone to online content. Well stocked with controllers, headphones, accessories that you need now, not in 2 days. Helpful staff allowed us to find exactly what we needed quickly.nnGood COVID-19 protocols - working hand sanitizer on entry, limited number of patrons inside the store at one time, large plexiglass barriers between the checkout and the customer. Very pleased with our experience here.nnWell marked signs to find the store, easy parking for a quick visit. Recommended.

I bought a PS4 camera here on Saturday! I didn’t want to use it anymore and I brought it back on Monday and they said I couldn’t return it because I didn’t have a receipt! But on Saturday I wasn’t given a receipt! Now I’m not gonna use that camera again and my $50 go to waste!

Got there 10 minutes before closing (I drove from GameStop of Lawrence because they didn't have what I needed) and was helped by courteous staff who stayed a few minutes late to get me taken care of. The store had both items I was looking for in stock. 4 stars instead of 5 because the trade in deal is kind of a joke by the time they nickel and dime you for a battery cover, HDMI cable, etc. I was told $30 at the first location and it ended up being $15 here once everything was processed. (Take note corporate if you want more repeat business!) No reflection on the employees though, they were great and did their job efficiently and effectively.

Called to confirm an item was at their location as their website had stated it was; but it was not available. It was for the better though because I purchased a name brand item for the same price I was going to purchase the aftermarket one for. Had it waiting for me when I walked in. Thanks again
