Wonderful staff! Took my violin to get the bridge altered and it was quick and cheap. They were very kind. Easily 5 stars. Will definitely be going back for all my music needs.
I bought a 5th string for my guitar. The guy behind the counter got it for me. When I got it home I opened the package and it was a 2nd string. I drove back up there to get the correct string and he wouldn't take it back because the package was opened. He's the one who got me the string, but I guess its my fault assuming he knew the difference between a 5th and 2nd string.
Visited the Music & Arts store in Shawnee to purchase books and inquire about lessons and Meagan was most helpful and knowledgeable. She showed me the lesson facilities and determined what would be more beneficial in helping me accomplish my goals. The store was nice and clean which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would certainly recommend this store to anyone in their venture for both music and the art-world. Thumbs up Meagan, and thanks again for your help:)
