I've been going to WestGlen for well over a decade. LOVE the staff and the doctors! Their selection of frames is among the most unique in Kansas City. They don't have 300 mass-produced one kind/style frames like some other so-called discount stores. I know the frame I pick out will not be worn by 100s of others! The compliments I receive on my glasses are a testament to that fact. And during Covid, they are taking so many precautions to keep everyone safe. I appreciate all that WestGlen Eyecare represents!

My daughter worked there for a few months.. We took our family there for eye care, upon her suggestion. When she was fired after a few months for bringing up a toxic work environment, her final paycheck included a $15 charge for an underpaid insurance payment that was for her STEP SISTER, who is on MY INSURANCE. The former employee is over 26, and not on our insurance plan, but yet she was charged for this. I am the one who paid for the eye exam and her glasses. My step-daughter is one of our dependents. When the accountant returned my phone call, I was told that the owner told her to do this, and that it's standard practice. IN WHAT WORLD DO YOU CHARGE A FORMER EMPLOYEE WITH A NON RELATIVE'S INSURANCE PAYMENT? I have reported this practice for insurance fraud, and I do look forward to assisting in their investigation. This is wrong.

Doctor A Beatty is great. Will never purchase lens or frames there. They do not seem to care if customer is satisfied and do not know or care if glasses are fitted properly or comfortable. Extremely disappointed after purchasing frames and having 2 sets of lenses replaced.

Have had good experiences here until COVID. You will be treated as if you are radioactive. Condescending tech, very slow help from every employee this time around. Did not feel welcome, nor did they seem to want to sell me a pair of frames. Won't be back.

Been going here for over 5 years with nothing but friendly and professional service. All staff are eager to help, and wait times are reasonable. Modern and high tech office but a family owned feel, I'd recommend to anyone.
