They are always very pleasant to deal with even when we were going through the early part of the pandemic when everyone was closed.nI found myself needing for someone to help me with getting the wax guards changed in my hearing aids and was also needing some batteries.nThey were very nice about sending me some of both batteries and wax guards.

My mother and I both bought hearing aids from the Shawnee, Kansas location. They were wonderful to work with! Did not feel like we were rushed. They took as much time as we needed. I would recommend them to anyone.
