As a new patient, from the moment I walked in, it was a great experience. Very CLEAN, modern reception area— young lady at the front desk was very sweet. They did a very thorough new patient exam and cleaning. All of the hygienists that helped me with my appointment, from the young lady who took my xrays, to my gum measurements, to my actual cleaning— all were so kind and great at what they do. Jesse, Nicole and Melanie I believe were their names. I had Dr. Monroe do my final exam and he was very attentive, knowledgable and polite. I have never been so blown away by a first time experience! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new dental home.

I spent $2500.00 from my dental insurance. Than $3200.00 out of my pocket for top and bottom partials and some other work. But, the bottom partial has been a nightmare. I have been back in the office for around 7 adjustments. Today I was told by Dr Monroe that they couldn't do anything to help me, there are no guarantees that they're going to look good or fit good. I am done with this place. Think twice before you go there.

Thank you!nFYI- love they can make your crown the same day in-office and looks & feels better than the crowns that other offices wait 2 weeks for.

I had one of the best experiences there today. Everybody was nice! Immediately the receptionist was nice & greets you. The gal whom did the x-rays on my teeth did a great job. Manuela cleaned my teeth and was very nice & was attentive and did a great job. Melanie was nice and was the one to remove plaque build-up off my teeth. Whom I could tell she was very well experienced in her field. She was also attentive making sure to take the time to remove my plaque build-up. Dr. Clemons is always nice & professional. Best of all, I have no cavities!
