I was recently at this location on a date with my girlfriend. We wanted to go somewhere that wasn't too expensive or busy. There wasn't a whole lot of customers there. But one waiter stuck out to me, His name was Ben R. he was waiting tables, helping the kitchen and even working the bar. Even though there wasn't very many customers there, I can still understand how hard it can be to be running the bar, and waiting tables, while helping out the kitchen. I wanted to make sure that his outstanding service didn't go unnoticed. He was very laid back, and soft spoken, he was very kind and made us feel welcomed and like he actually enjoyed serving us. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, the food and service was fantastic!!!
The spinach and artichoke dip was as good as usual, owing to the fact that they can microwave. However neither of our sandwiches had fries like they should and my wife's oriental chicken salad sandwich wrap was full of wilted lettuce. How is that acceptable customer service?
For whatever reason they only had one waitress on duty for the lunch shift. She busted her but and was super nice. Whoever the manager is needs to rethink the scheduling. But I ha e no complaints about the food or the service.
They don't have the promo we want and serve was rude they don't bring are food the way we wanted
The food was delicious but the ordering was crazy. They did not text when the food was ready, so no curbside. My husband had to search everywhere for his mask and then go in and get the food that was in fact ready.
