Not only did I find their service to be extremely overpriced, they poked holes in 5 of my items using large safety pins and refused to even offer a refund. I own my own business, if a customer is unhappy you rectify the situation you don’t respond with “No there’s nothing I’m going to do about it” Would never use again or recommend.
