Exemplary service! Our air conditioning started squealing and grinding so we made an appointment with Santa Fe air who had given us stellar service 6-7 years ago and kept in touch ever since. Dennis came out and assessed the problem quickly. He let me know my options and answered all questions comprehensively and willingly. The AC was fixed and working in a short time and Dennis was friendly and professional the entire time. He took care to cover his shoes in our house and even helped keep our kitty from escaping out the door! Santa Fe Air is extremely reliable, honest, and quick. Will be sure to use them again!nnUpdated 06-14-2020: Again got stellar service from Santa Fe. Needed emergency service on what I’m sure was a busy weekend for HVAC companies. Kevin came by and quickly got our blower fan working so our house could be cool again. He helped us explore our options for repairing or replacing our units (both about 30 years old) and worked it out to give us the best price for our house. Very happy with Santa Fe and would recommend to anyone looking for prompt, honest service.

Our furnace died just as the weather was turning cold. We had used another service in the past, but we weren’t able to contact them. Santa Fe Air Conditioning & Heating sent Doug out the following day to confirm that we did indeed need a new furnace. Brad & Kyle came out 2 days later to install. They handled the permits, inspection & financing. It was really easy to work with them, the guys were very professional & friendly. And now our family is toasty warm! I highly recommend Santa Fe! Five stars all the way!

Josh was here this morning and performed his usual fabulous maintenance services. The first time he came out over a year ago, he made some adjustments in our system, changed some settings etc and our heating bill was immediately and significantly lowered. He’s a personable young man, well spoken and obviously well versed in his trade. Definitely goes above and beyond to get the very best performance possible from your system. He is a true gem and I request him for every visit!

Had Mike come out and perform our seasonal maintenance check on our system. Mike is always on time, professional, and knowledgeable during the service. The front desk staff also is exceptional at calling to schedule appointments and finding a time that works for us. I would highly recommend Santa Fe and Mike.

Mike C. came by to perform routine maintenance on my York furnace and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. He was professional and friendly, and went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable, too. I highly recommend Santa Fe Air to anyone in need of furnace and/or A/C work. I've only had great techs come out to help and Mike was fantastic!
